The bubble tea I ordered was so nice! No wait time, quick preparation and the shop looked fantastic! The lady who I was served by was lovely! Would definitely recommend to others. 10/10.

Good options for bubble teas, very decorative surroundings. But not sure of the location. Lack of overall advertising might be why it was empty at the time. Suggest to be clearer about what they sell.
The best bubble tea I've ever had - at the same prices you expect for bubble tea. Absolutely outstanding quality here. Service is good. The interior is very nicely decorated and it is a pleasure to be inside. A must visit. Even if you're not a big fan of bubble tea, try this place - you might change your mind.
I tried to come in pretending to be a first timer who hasn’t had any bubble tea before. The staff who served me was very patient and enthusiastic when I asked for some recommendations. She made sure I was comfortable when I was making an order. She asked me first what kind of tea I’m looking instead of upselling the best sellers right away which is a plus point in my opinion. Then she added some advice to make the best of of my order. Some people may find it a bit pricier than usual but with the tea quality and aesthetic of this Bubble Tea Shop, it’s actually pretty fair in my opinion. I got more value than what I paid for. I definitely recommend this place for bubble tea lovers if you’ll ever be around the area. And for those who never had Bubble tea before, this is a nice place to begin with. I’m definitely coming back every time I’ll visit Windsor. Thanks for making my visit very delightful.
There was NOT a long queue despite having many customers. Good management of staff and they were friendly and helpful too! Menu is quite different from other bubble shop so it’s a really good change! Loved the tapioca pearls!
AMAZING bubble tea selections, adore the Vietnamese coffee and mango and jasmine teas with lychee popping pearls. Such a huge selection of flavours and additions. The drinks are a little on the pricey side but they are very generous with the drink extras and the flavours are wonderful. Service is good and the shop is beautiful.
I was absolutely amazed by the quality and the staff of Paeonia, once again. I have been coming to this store in particular for a very long time now and they never fail to disappoint. the staff are welcoming and friendly all the time and genuinely seem like they are proud and happy to work where they do, not to mention how clean and hygienic the place felt with staff regularly cleaning tables and welcoming customers. The bubble tea is the best bubble tea I have tasted in my life and is the closest thing to authentic Asian bubble tea you will get, with organic, fresh and traditional ingredients. The price is definitely worth it for the quality and the location being in central Windsor, and I will without a doubt continue being the regular customer I am proud to be.
Surprisingly good bubble tea. It’s slightly more expensive than other places but tbh with this quality I was more than happy.
Very nice bubble tea, made using actual loose leaf tea, which probably explains its price tag (£7 for large size tea). Lots of options available, including vegan milks (almond, oat, soya). Service was excellent. Chic vibes inside, nice place to chill. 5* Would visit again
