Popped in for their Thursday bacon sandwich and hot drink or pastry and hot drink. We had the sandwich and cappuccino. The bread was beautifully fresh which went really well with the crispy bacon and the cappuccino was delicious. We bought pastries and fresh vegetables from the Thursday pop up market to take home.

I rarely write reviews as my husband normally does it but I had to write one today. Had lunch here with two friends and felt not only very welcomed, but I have a dairy intolerance and at no point did I feel awkward, in fact the very opposite, I felt very welcomed. Lots of choice and because it is all homemade they know what is in their food! Will definitely be going back to meet up with friends again. Thank you to the lovely team who looked after us! We loved it.

Called in with friends to have a meal in the garden due to current restrictions . Had a great time thanks to Denise , the food was great ,the service excellent. The venue is one of our favourite destinations for eating out & having the odd drink.

Nicest pub in the village. Good food and good choice of craft beers.

We have been to the Queen's Head a few times for supper and the food, ambience and service are great. Recently we attended their Thai Night which was also fab. I'd definitely recommend a visit.

Great food and service. Bit pricey but it's worth it if you're only out a couple of times a month. Cosy place too.

Called in tonight with some friends. We liked the improved look in the lounge bar though possibly a bit bright and could have done with some background music, but we had planned to call in mid week to try the food. Unfortunately as we stood up to leave, my friends husbands chair slid back on the floor and he fell down partially due to his knee replacement. He’s in a bit of pain from his head injury at the moment but note to Queens Head that rubber stoppers on the bottom of the chair legs might be an idea...
