Enjoyed our meal, all the food was delicious.
As with any Indian restaurants, some of the dishes were slightly different to what we are used to, but who is to say what's right, main thing is they were good quality and tasty.
Friendly staff made us feel valued as customers.
I'm pretty sure we will be back.

Staff are generally good, although muttering under the breath is never a good sign. They are usually very courteous and helpful. The food has always been great, but lately the menu has changed and I feel that the meal is less tasty somehow. Possibly a change in chef or staff. Previously 5 stars, 4 til next visit.

We dined in as soon as they opened for an early meal. The restaurant was empty on a Friday evening but it sounded like the phone was getting orders constantly. The actual restaurant was okay but as there wasn't anyone else not much atmosphere sadly. Food was delicious and served piping hot. Parking near by, entrance is a little narrow so wheelchairs may need a bit of wiggling to get in. We were served by a trainee but the other staff were really helpful and friendly.

Amazing food, we always use the Salma for takeaways or eating in. Always friendly staff and great service. It's the best Indian food I've had. Always hot when we get a delivery, and reasonably priced.

This is the best Indian Restaurant I have ever eaten in all the staff are very friendly polite and helpful. Food is so well spiced that even with a hot dish you can still taste the food on your plate it is not over powered.

Excellent food . They accidentally misplaced one of our portions but then got it back to us in less than 30 minutes and for free. Definitely recommend.

Externally it's not alot to look at, but...
AMAZING food, freshly cooked with an extremely friendly host, without a doubt would totally recommend this restaurant.

Best curry for miles! Always get a Friday night take away and never disappointed. Used to go twenty years ago and it’s as good as ever now we are back nearby. Lovely food, great intensity of heat and flavour, and the staff are just friendly and efficient.

We have eaten in and had takeaways and have always had fantastic food and service. They are also very good with dietary requirements with my nut allergy and when we had vegan guests round they were very impressed with the selection and quality. I can't recommend The Salma highly enough!

By far best Indian curry in Canterbury. The restaurant service was superb the food was amazing espically the lamb chilli fry from the speciality menu, a must try. The food hygiene is a 5 rating and that reflects clearly. I will remember this place if I ever go past and will recommend to everyone I know.

Absolutely beautiful food. I've been here a few times, and the service is always impeccable. I would recommend the chicken dansak, it was lovely and with the perfect amount of spice. The price is also reasonable for the food and experience.

Seven of us (plus a toddler and a baby) descended upon Salma on a Monday evening whilst we were holidaying in the area. It was by far one of, if not, the best curry we have had. We were actually discussing moving here because of it. Two of us were vegans and they fully catered for us too. Absolutely amazing food and service. 100% recommend

A lovely little place in Wingham, friendly staff and great food. My first time visit will not be my last. It's clear we are not the only ones as it was busy when we arrived. My chilli chicken dish was a surprise as it was sweet which I didn't expect but left me wanting more at the end of the dish. Also serve a takeaway service. Highly recommended * * * * *

Ever since we moved to the area we have become regular diners at Salma. The food is every bit as good as upmarket London Indian restaurants and the service is efficient and friendly. We are delighted that we have this wonderful restaurant in our area. I'd encourage anyone to give this excellent restaurant a try.

Genuinely delicious and a whole array of meals you wouldn't normally find at a standard Indian restaurant. Good prices, too. I can't comment on table service as I always order takeaway, but they're always friendly, polite, and on time.
