Staff that will lie to you on the phone and say that they made your order perfectly whilst you stare at barren jacket potato that you paid £10 for. Vile service from incompetent people who will never hold themselves accountable for their poor behaviour and work ethics. No wonder this place has 2.5 stars.

Absolutely shocking staff behaviour, deliberately coughing in the food, disgruntled and aggressive. The senior woman began shouting at the customers for no apparent reason. Absolute disgrace. I'll be reporting this place to the franchisor. Avoid at all costs.
This is the worst Subway I have ever visited. Always out of stock of meatballs after lunchtime because apparently they are not allowed to make them because of wastage. You hardly get any fillings on the subs and they are put together with a catapult, why can’t people take a little pride in their work?
