The Five Bells Pub is a great country pub to meet new friends and old. The food is excellent and the selection of beers wines ext. Is to suit all. We go as often as we can and take friends and relations because we can grantee a great chance to relax and enjoy. We strongly recommend this great place to all. Kevin

I live in France and was visiting my brother and he suggested the Five Bells. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and how friendly and efficient the staff were. I would strongly recommend the Five Bells and I have been fortunate enough to have eaten in many restaurants around the world. Thank you.

Enjoyed the roast beef and veg. It was a quiet relaxed lunch until a couple came in with a lovely dog it was warm behaved but they she was talking loudly and he just kept saying dogs name without any instruction for it. It was OK again after they left. They bought dog in on a lead and then didn't seem able to hold the lead and eat 😕 😔

Called in for a drink as we were stopping over nearby at campsite for the night, absolutely loved this pub,it's how a pub should be, friendly staff, chatty locals, the food looked superb..we only had two hours and few ciders but felt very welcome... definitely worth a visit.

Our first visit today and definitely won't be our last! We had the senior citizens lunch ~ 2 courses for £9.95. The place was full which says it all. Yes, we had a wait for our food but its all cooked fresh and was so worth the wait. We took our 10 month old schnoodle and everyone made a fuss of him.

Cannot fault the food, beers and ambience of the Five Bells. Sunday lunch for £12.95 - beautifully cooked and generous portions. Old Golden Hen a delight at £3.90 per pint. Staff were all very attentive and friendly. Cannot recommend highly enough this gem of a pub. Will gladly visit again. 👍👍👍👍👍
