My mom placed an order yesterday and became ill with food poisoning afterwards. When we called to speak with the staff, they were extremely rude and unhelpful. They also refused to issue a refund. This was very disappointing and unacceptable.

Tried the chicken wrap with a Sprite at Subway Wisbech, and it was delicious—especially with the extra sauces. Really hit the spot!
Food is always nice, just one problem during deliveries. Most of the time food comes cold because its packed in the same bag as cold drinks. Would be nice if next time you could pack cold drinks in separate bag. Thank you :)
