Always a good and positive experience ordering at this Burger King. Been here several times and orders are never mixed up and food is always to a good standard. Staff are friendly and dining area is always clean too. However orders do take quite a while even if the restaurant doesn't seem to be that busy.
After purchasing a chicken royal with cheese meal I was greeted with a member one staff member with kindness and helpfulness I have never experienced elsewhere! Despite being on his break he was willing to help me find directions in the local area and had great customer service skills.

So had a spicy mayo king double with onion rings and a portion of the Dorito heatwave chicken fries and they were amazing! The burger was consistent enough that it wasn't all flying out the other side and tasted great! The chicken fries were really good too, salty (be amazing with beer) but had that heat through them after two or three, the onion rings were cooked good also not too soft but not burnt crispy either!
I was served by Allison who was really helpful, attentive and offered me sauces etc. Without having to ask as you do some places she showed me where to go for napkins, my drink etc.
Place looked spotless with all staff looking happy and busy at their stations.
Will be returning here.
Visited with my 1 year old and my 3 year old and ordered on the touch screen and waited for it to be ready. Once my order was ready i collected my cups to use the self service machines while carrying my youngest and keeping an eye on my other son. Without being prompted, Tia the manager picked my tray of food up and carried it over to the table where I had set my bag down because she probably seen me struggling. Her kindess meant i didnt have to balance a whole tray of food in one hand while carrying a baby in the other. Great service and she did it without me having to ask.
First time visiting. Ordered 2 main meals take away. Friendly service. Food was piping hot. Fast service. Would return again
Burger was great and happy to see a decent size of fries. I will be definitely visiting more often
Honestly didn't really like going to burger King before when it first opened up, but on of the managers Allison reallyyyyyy made my experience way better the 2nd time round, best service I could ask for.
Staff were very friendly and helpful the food was served quickly and was vey tasty… shop was clean a tidy too … will go back again
The food was fresh and tasted amazing, staff was reslly helpful and got my order fast
All staff were extremely well mannered and service was very quick and efficient. Food was a perfect temperature - I am normally a McDonalds goer, but this specific BK has turned me in to a regular BK goer.
