Always pop in with the kids when we want a stress free easy time of it. Staff are great with kids. Our 3 year old can be penned in on the booth seats and he loves looking around, places with normal table and chairs and he's off! Ate here with my 5 year old today, served by Lucas, another easy visit.

The food and service were good, but we did feel a bit rushed. They came and asked if we would like desserts, which we declined. Next thing wwe had the bill in front of us to pay. They never asked if we would like any more drinks or coffee etc...

Always decent food and service. Especially enjoy breakfast. Go here if you want something quick and tasty at a good price. This particular Witney location could do with new furniture and a revamp. A fair bit of wear and tear such as ripped seats but still kept clean.

What's not to like? It's an Anglicised American diner with good food and great service. The vegan burger is brilliant and overall there's a huge menu to choose from. And sorry to mention it, but the toilets are always super clean too. Overall it's a great experience and I always leave very satisfied.

Been there first time was OK, is nice place to visit but food was bit different than my expectation. Good for visit at weekend but not come to often hah

We popped in before heading to he cinema. We had a few cocktails and the atmosphere was nice a chilled. The lady serving us was really nice and down to earth. We haven't been here for food recently but will definitely be heading back to try.

Only 1 chief on so reduced menu and was told couldn't use any discounts/ vouchers.
Service was good food was hot and flavourfull.

It's a Frankie and Benny's so you know what to expect from the menu. What made this exceptional was the young lady who served our table. So friendly and helpful, always smiling. The food came quickly too. Always a bonus.

I live in this area so I attend Frankie & Benny's about once every month. It's a brilliant restaurant with character! Something about it screams 'pleasant' which to me is great. They have fun colouring activities for the kids to do whilst they wait for the meal and beverages. It's also great because after you've seen a movie from the Cineworld cinema next door and it's around lunch or dinner, you can pop next door for a family dinner with the kids, a romantic evening for two or a friendly get-together. All-in-all, a fabulous place to eat!!
