Grabbed a takeaway yesterday. I’ve ordered alot of glass noddles in my time and they were really good here. The spring rolls are quite different. Defiantly worth eating here

I love this place. It's my go to for lunch when I'm out with friends as the takeaway is fast.
It's great for dinner aswell especially on 1 on 1 occasions as it's very cosy and nicely decorated inside.
Also they have good WiFi and I sometimes come here to do school work which is nice as there are sockets by the tables upstairs and they always bring green tea refills.
I have noticed that the prices have risen quite significantly over the last couple of years but honestly it's still worth it for the food.
Would love if the crispy chilly tofu could be gluten free as it is such a nice dish!

I'm giving this 4 stars but prefacing that with the fact that I only get the lunch time deals and only every takeaway.
My go to is the tofu baguettes (not quite the authentic banh mi, but it doesn't pretend to be). This is a really good, healthy and delicious lunch option.
However, the atmosphere is pretty dead, do I reccomend taking away and sitting on the green outside or taking it home.
Also, the £5 lunch deals are great but if you're looking for dinner the prices can be a bit high. £8 + for a small dish of papaya salad just feels like theft.
The staff, whilst never rude or unpleasant, are neither friendly or welcoming.
If you're looking for a quick, healthy and yummy lunchtime option, I highly recommend.
If you're looking for a lovely evening meal, with good prices for the portions, a vibrant atmosphere and enthusiastic service, head to suwanma across the road.

Lovely Vietnamese food in Oxfordshire at an affordable price. Surrounding area has plenty of parking spaces as well. Staff are very friendly.

Not a big Vietnamese restaurant, but the environment is good & clean. I love the pho special & spring rolls. We got a table in the 2nd floor with the nice view too.
Will come if going to Whitney again.

Totally delicious! I was so excited to see that T and C Kitchen was opening as I love Vietnamese food. I have been there 3 times to eat in (before Lockdown 2.0). Every time has been excellent. The lunch deal is great value and the portion sizes generous - I've never been able to finish everything so far! The food is fresh and tasty and the service friendly and quick. A great addition to Witney.

Tried this new place that opened on 27/09/2020 and absolutely loved the food. It was fresh, tasty and comparable to some of the chains out there. Generous portions for the price and friendly service.
