We went for a Sunday roast. We’d pre-booked, with requests and all were accommodated. Food was great, but the service was fairly slow, we weren’t offered any additional drinks and had to ask a few times just to get some tap water. All the staff were very friendly though

The food was great, but what stood out was the service. Drink and food orders were taken quickly and we were regularly checked on throughout the meal. Everything came out promptly and tasted great.
Had a lovely Sunday lunch at The Birch today. They have only just reopened and were very busy but everything was great.
Every member of staff seemed happy and were all very personable, a great example of how hospitality should be.
