The manager of the coffee shop at the local shopping centre is amazingly friendly and welcoming.

Always great service and lovely atmosphere, and the coffee is delicious. The only improvement I would suggest would be to make sure the food shelves are well stocked. A couple of times we've visited at lunch and there were almost no sandwiches, paninis or salads available.

I love Nero. Its always busy and vibrant. The coffee ☕️ is the best. Its a little hidden great place to sit and watch the world go by.

Often go here when in town. Lovely to sit outside on sunny day-comfy seats inside. Great coffee and son loves the cheese and ham tostati-like a toastie but better! Dogs allowed too!

Often go here when shopping in town. Coffee is great, staff efficient BUT sometimes only 1 barista on in morning (before 9am) when it is busy AND the café itself needs a refit, as chairs, tables and toilets stained/worn/dirty.

Even though the service can be a bit hit and miss in the early morning (especially round about 8-9am on a weekday), the food is usually good and the drinks are great too. Things to note: there is free wifi (The Cloud), there are toilets (nearly always clean) and there is free water available opposite the ordering counter.

Didn't get too much options for food, but hey it's a caffè right? I enjoyed the tuna sandwich or toast (I can't really think of the right name for this). It is a great place to have a chat or meet up, while enjoying the rich and soothing smell of the morning (coffee). Lovely place.

Little but quiet with some tables outside, very nice service and the usual food and coffee from Nero. Vegan options available

Great coffee and sweet treats. Had a toastie which was good and a decent size. Find the music upstairs very loud which is a shame, if was quieter I would come more often and work. Lovely staff member, lady with the pink hair, very helpful and knowledgeable.

This is a phenomenal coffee shop. If you achieve enough weekly points via Vitality insurance you can get a free coffee. They have great drinks for the kids as well. The Woking branch is on the high street and there are chairs that you can sit on to watch the world go by.
