Our family like to visit for fish and chips and a nuggets for my daughter at least once a month. The Fish is really nice, good taste, not oily and tastes fresh and generous portions. The staff are Always friendly, greeted with a smile, the kids get offered a lollypop. We went to a fish and chip shop in Guildford on Sunday as Ozzy's was closed, but were overcharged and the food was not as good, plus were not greeted in such a friendly manner. It makes a huge difference when you receive good customer service so, thank you guys!

Yesterday was busy with the arrival of a new baby 😍 My son had been with his wife a long time so I ordered fish and chips via app. When I had completed I remembered I had forgotten sauce! I called and explained. The lovely young lady said she would put some in complimentary which was so kind. I told her our news and we had a lovely surprise…see photo 🥰. A small gesture which meant so very much x Food was superb, hot, fresh and just what was needed! The can of drink was cold and well wrapped so had no effect on the food. Thank you for your brilliant customer service and quality of food xx

Tried this place for the first time a couple of weeks ago. My husband ordered through Deliveroo. It was lovely fish and chips. The batter wasn’t too thick and the cod was a good size. The chips were nice also. I returned this evening into the shop & ordered again & the food was great! Slightly bit cheaper, than it was previously as I imagine Deliveroo add the fees on- but I guess that’s the convenience of not having to leave your home! Would definitely recommend, as I’ve found it the best one so far in the area.
