employees are not prepared to respond. I have no desire to fulfill the request I made. I spent 30 pounds I ordered mayonnaise and ketchup for three people they gave me 3 of each. I don't know what the norm is, but if it is, I don't agree. not to mention the smile. It looks like a work environment. Unfortunately, that's my view. I hope you understand it as constructive criticism. thanks

We placed a very large order to which the service we received was impeccable, full attention to detail. However when it came to packing our order each individual item was packed together into two bags.

Not baby friendly even though there is pram slide platform still they dnt open the other door only door they kept open is with 1 flight of stairs which causes difficulty to push stroller through you have to pick up

This place KFC is perfect ! I was disappointed most of KFC in UK generally, but this place is different. Fried is crunch, juicy ♡

Had a lovely lunch at KFC woking.
They do have a Halal certificate.
Chicken was quite tasty but a bit Oily.
They have a good ambiance and a sitting place. Takes a bit of time after order which is obvious for an In-demand restaurant. :)

It was good to see the installation of kiosks to improve experience. Took us less than a minute to place the order. Waiting for the the order to get ready was another story. Overall, yummy food happy kids.

Visited whilst Xmas shopping in Woking. Really nice seating area, chicken and chips v tasty. Only downsides-toilets and floors could have been cleaner (e.g. ladies' sink was dirty and sachets on floor of restaurant) and they don't have coffee on their menu. Would recommend as quieter than the Peacocks centre branch at the weekend.
UPDATE March 2023:
Got a delivery from here on mother's day and it was fantastic. Really lovely food-got a bucket to share, and it was delivered within the timeframe stated at a reasonable charge-would use again!
