Me and my family went to the pub for my daughters birthday! We couldn’t have experienced a better dinner! Everything was cooked to perfection! And the chef Jake even catered to my daughters difficult dietary needs, without any questions asked! He even brought out a birthday desert for her! And the team sang her happy birthday! We felt very welcome and very good value for money! And a proper homey feel! Definitely will be returning! Jake made us feel very at ease with my daughter’s difficulties, and even came and checked on us multiple times during our meal!

Attended with the family for my parents anniversary, very good food cooked well and not overdone as is often the case with pub food, staff were very attentive and accomodated all requests without issue. Very freindly atmosphere and good choice of inside and outside eating areas.

Amazing staff nothing was too much trouble we were made to feel very welcome. Lovely food at a very reasonable price. Will definitely come back.

Me and my partner popped in this evening for a drink the pub was busy but we where greated with a warm welcome by Sophie who who survived us drinks and asked if we would like to eat. After 5 minutes of being there we sat a table and ordered food and it was great. Jake the chef did a brilliant job. The service was brilliant and over all great evening see you again soon

We were here recently. Everyone was very welcoming, quick and efficient service and meals hot and very tasty. very happy with our visit and definitely be back Children in our group were provided with activities which kept them happy. We will definitely be returning

Kev and emma were superstars although emma was ill she still tried her best and had wonderful attitude and service, naomi was so welcoming and cheerful, clearly cared for everyone and proud of what she does. Couldnt ask for bettter service and really made my day many thanks to the staff, I’ll definitely be returning for another wonderful time

Good value for price. Very friendly welcome. Service good, we ate in the garden and they bought out or meals and water and biscuits for the dog!

Nice enough boozer, lovely warm welcome. Some very nice beers. A bit odd though, sitting in the garden under a fixed shaded area, the outside heater kept coming on for a few seconds and then going off.
All in all well worth a visit 👍

Had a lovely lunch here consisting of chicken sliders and fries. The food was nice and the service was prompt.
The staff were friendly and made me and my partner feel welcome and we had our dog too who was also welcomed.
We shall be returning in the evening for a proper meal soon.

Lovely pub on the outskirts of Wokingham.
Staff very welcoming and friendly.
Good food and quick service. (We had Mac and cheese and the bacon and blue burger). It was cooked well and the portion sizes were just right.
Could use a refurbishment, but not the fault of the staff, who really were lovely.
We will visit again.
