Haven't been in a while but it's still as good as it always was. We had the 3 course lunch menu and it was amazing value. The food was served promptly and piping hot. The staff were friendly without being intrusive. The food is the best I've had in ages. Honestly well worth the money. Very good rang
Food was delicious came hot and prompt. They have a lunchtime deal on now 2 courses for £13 and believe me size of the portions 2 are enough. Can't recommend it highly enough. New monthly lunch spot I want to eat my way through the menu
So this place has only been on our radar for about 12 months…. It just fell off our list a long time ago. Now it’s a regular ish feature. I don’t know how they have such a large menu and still deliver most things fresh… their kitchen must be huge! Anywho….collectively we have tried a few dishes:
Visited the Spring Hill with my mom for a rare child free evening. There were a number of really nice looking specials on the board and an impressive dessert menu as well. I opted for the Cajun chicken pasta. It was a tad spicy for me but it was really enjoyable. It came served with garlic bread an
The food was excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We visited on a Tuesday night and there was no table service, but that might be different on peak days. Would definitely recommend you try it
Always a brilliant meal ...fast service ...polite staff ....tasty food ....🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
Came here for lunch, the staff were very friendly and the service was good. The Guinness tasted off told the bar staff who poured another and said it was the first pint of the day and the 2nd pint was fine. So quickly rectified the situation. The pint of envile ale was superb as usual. The food was
Lovely food and service spot on, was able to accommodate us on Saturday evening without a booking. Fresh food and lovely to be able to sit outside. Would definitely return
Wonderful food for the money. Staff are friendly and helpful. I left my scarf and they posted it back to me as I live quite a distance away. Amazing service. No wonder it's always packed. Recommend booking in advance.
On our way home from Worcestershire to Liverpool and decided to hit a nice pub for a meal. We weren't disappointed the food was good and the service was good. When the food came you got more than enough and was really lovely. I had scampi and chips and my friends had the fish and chips and the ste
Had the special three course meal for £14.95 very good value and service. Original post from a while back, so price may differ and various menu options. Always a special board to and a good choice of drinks.
Love the choice of fresh fish on offer ...I never know what to choose !! Today I had the plaice with King Prawns in garlic butter ...it was beautiful .. My Mum had the belly pork and said how lovely that was too .... I think it is excellent value for money considering the quality and presentation
First visit on the recommendation of a friend. Really nice place, excellent staff. Easy to order, good choice on the menu and sensible prices. Then the food. Exceptional is too small a word. 3 different meals, all superb. Well worth the money, and we will be back. Well done all.
Booked a table for a lunchtime to celebrate a family birthday. On arriving we were greeted and quickly shown to our table . Drinks and food are ordered directly from the bar (using your table number) which can be made more easy by opening up a 'tab' via a payment card , placing all you orders on o

Lovely food. Lovely staff and great comfortable atmosphere. Food very reasonable and good choice.
Nice pub with good food and fair prices. But I must say the lamb kebab main was quite dry and bland. Had meals previous that have been excellent so won't be put off by that one experience. Worth I try guys.
