Oddfellows

When you enter at Odd Fellows you wait to be greeted by a team member they will seat you. We had a table pre booked, a large table and group members arrived at different times. They where accommodating took everyone’s drink orders at different times. Waited for everyone to arrive and where very helpful with the kids food. Food came out hot, everyone enjoyed thirst food portions are good. To be fair I have been on a number of occasions and the service is consistent and always good the food is hot. Vegetarian food options are available, there is always a specials option available. Puddings options are a good selection also.

Greeted with a smile, taken to our table. Warm welcome . Ross came to table when we were settled, explained and gave us the menu and took drinks order. No rush, very professional but very friendly. Ross returned took our food order, which was was delivered in a timely manner. As with our first visit a couple of weeks ago, the food was high quality, delicious and the portions were very good value for money. We ordered 2 different meals, a topside of beef and a signature burger. Both presented perfectly, both excellently cooked and we enjoyed every morsel. Ross attended to us very well, even though there was a very large party celebrating in a separate area of the pub. There is a general warmth about the Oddfellows that makes you want to return, plus the high standards set by thr kitchen and staff.

We live close to the Oddfellows and have visited on many occasions over the years but have always ended up being disappointed with the food served. It has always been pre-cooked and reheated. However, yesterday we were in a group of seven people eating a variety of dishes and we were all very satisfied with our choices.
