What a brilliant find this place was! We were staying in Wolverhampton for the evening after watching the football. Thought, let’s find a pub that serves food! Found the desi yew tree on Google and thought, let’s give it a go as it’s only 6 mins away. It was incredible!!! Great friendly service. The sizzler plate was enough for 3 people! So tasty and piping hot.

When we want some Indian food this is our go to place. It's all just too tasty! The lamb chops are a delight, can't have enough of them, and the way the things come sizzling from the kitchen, makes your head turn! If it's just for a drink with friends to watch the football or even to come with the family and have a proper meal, it's good for all occasions. Friendly staff, great experience overall. And will keep coming!

The quality of the food and how it's cooked is what elevates this desi grill. Service is straight forward and the staff are friendly and quick. I had the lamb biryani the chicken wings and a side of fries. The curry sauce that comes with the biryani is very tasty, the fries were good quality and not stodgy and chicken wings were really well seasoned. Been to a few desi pubs and got to admit this one is my favourite now.
