Haven't been here in a good 18 months but thought would give a try since new owners in, very calming atmosphere, polite and helpful staff and landlord! Food was delicious! Hope it continues to thrive for them, will definitely be back!

Great pub, shame New River are going to change things with no thought or respect for the locals. They will ultimately destroy a community pub.

Awesome drinkers pub at the moment but New River are determined to spoil it and it will go down hill rapidly in March so don't bother going.

Loved it here... MASSIVE Sunday lunch..proper roast potatoes an lovely thick gravy!! Superb meal..quick service by absolutely overly staff. Very highly rated indeed...
