It's a nice pub to visit. The ambiance is so beautiful. Friendly staff. I had only beer and nuts, so I'm not sure about how the food is.

I played chess here a lot, you can almost have 2 matches in 1 night in the same room it's got a lot of floor area upstairs. The staff are always at bar to welcome you. Good lighting, carpet was good walls and frames also. The place looks posh.
It is also important to support these pubs and get a drink if a member of the club

I love the Clarendon. I've always loved it, but more recently it keeps getting better and better. With the food, the community, the nights they put on the bar staff. Its all brilliant 👏 it feels like it's returning to its old self, which is great as pubs have been struggling everywhere for years. Well done guys, nice to see a busy pub and a more vibrant atmosphere.

We had my parents 25th wedding anniversary here last year July, absolutely spot on. Really enjoyed myself and loved the fact that we were able to collect our stuff on the Sunday without any issues.
The space upstairs is massive and for the price it was well worth it, I'd defo have something here again.

Dropped in on Saturday night after the restaurant we were eating at closed at 9.30p.m!! The pub was quiet and just right for a drink before heading home!
