Visited today with family. The service was fantastic, staff were friendly and the food was great! We all thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s a great place to go if you have children too. Our boys love it. Our eldest sat in the car after and said that is the best pub ever, it’s my favourite!!

Really nice place me and my boyfriend went this saturday just gone at 8pm.It was very busy an we hadnt booked so we were thinking it was going to be a long wait for a table. They sed up to half hour weight but we were seated within 10 mins. Ordered our food and the wait for it wasnt long at all. The food itself was fantastic really great steak and burgers. The staff were very pleasant and couldnt hav been more accomadating. We will defonately be going there again and would recomend this place to anyone.

Went for the Sunday roast dinner. I opted for the Go Large Turkey dinner. Ordering was at bar or by App. The building has a nice atmosphere, well spaced tables. Our meals arrived, unfortunatly my cut of turkey was not the best and was inedible. I pointed this out to the table assistant and she could not have been more apologetic. She gave me all options available to put the problem right. I opted for complete fresh order. This was given along with more apologies. This one was top notch. The Turkey was cooked to perfection and flavoursome, Roast potatoes, mash and carrots tasted fresh and in house made. Overall NO complaints about food quality. My fellow diners had no complaints at all with their order. The staff were all obliging and friendly, their customer skills excellent. I would have marked them down a star, but the way the problem was delt with was impressive. Well done staff, hope manager appreciates the people working there.
We wanted somewhere different for our wedding anniversary, we've been past the Holly bush so this time decided to book a table. Your staff there are so nice, welcoming and nothing was to much trouble.
The food is outstanding, we ordered from the kids menu, the pizza, the burger and the steak menu... All came out at the same time, all was hot and all had an outstanding taste.
I'm just sorry we haven't been before.

Wow we all had an amazing meal today, all 13 of us, thoroughly enjoyed it especially with the 30% voucher. Thank you to Gemma who was really informative and helpful yesterday when I pre ordered and today. She was very pleasant. All staff were very helpful and came to check every meal was good. The only thing was they didn't have all the desserts but managed to cater off the new menu list.

Table of 12, all our meals came out together. Everyone was more than happy with quality, presentation, size and value for money of their meal. Staff were polite and friendly. 9 starters, 5 desserts, cocktails, spirits, nice ale & lagers. We had a lovely evening in nice comfortable local surrounding. Not too busy, plenty of room and will return for sure.
Booked last minute for my sons birthday meal, staff were friendly. They looked after the cake and bought out when we were ready and even sourced individual boxes so we could cut and take cake home. Lovely friendly atmosphere, definitely suitable for the whole family. I don’t know why I haven’t been here before! I’ll definitely be back. Thank you Hollybush for helping me celebrate my sons birthday and making it an enjoyable evening. Food also lovely!
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had missed the roast dinners, but the chef very kindly rustled me up some roast potatoes, which I had a hankering for, and did extra! The food was lovely, the service was excellent. The staff are great, every one of them make an effort to make you feel welcome. We'll be back.
This was my first time here. It's a lovely family pub and restaurant. Plenty of parking spaces. We were served by Liam who was attentive to our needs. The food was excellent. Well cooked and more than enough on the plate. The steak pie was just mouth watering, and the pastry looked home made. Price wise it was just right. For 3 of us, with a main meal, pudding and drinks it was just under 60.00.
I would definitely recommend this pub for a meal out and will definitely be returning.

Abbie always has a smile on her face and delivers a level of banter that is rarely seen today. She’s willing to have a joke and laugh and makes the atmosphere pleasurable.
