Great service, this is my regular place and service is always great. Sometimes due to arthritis I struggle to hold my tray and the staff always offer to help without asking. Any delays in the queue the staff always apologise for wait before taking order.

Went here today and the staff were lovely and so accomodating. It was quite busy but they still took the time to answer queries I had about the Costa app and came over to double check it was working properly afterwards. Really kind servers. Brilliant customer service.

Set in a good location in the shopping area. Always seems clean. Staff are good at cleaning the tables up, after customers have left. A good selection of food and cakes, if a little on the pricey side.

I visit this Costa at least once every week or so usually and I absolutely love it here!!
Every staff member I’ve encountered is genuinely bloody lovely. For a while I was always coming in for a double espresso before my gym session and one of the staff members began remembering me and had a double espresso ready to go for me before I even got to the till! I’ve never had a rude encounter with anyone here, it makes me want to go in more just to say hello!
Helps that their lattes are always top-notch, too. I’ll usually grab a sugar-free vanilla oat latte and it’s always super tasty and made quickly. As long as the queue isn’t too big I’m usually out the door in less than five minutes!
Would always recommend coming here over the Cineworld Starbucks for good coffee and friendly faces.

Costa Coffee, Bentley Bridge is a lovely place to indulge in a cappuccino and a lemon muffin as I did, it’s the usual Costa fare with coffee choices to blow your mind, long gone are the days an instant coffee to go, this is serious good for your taste buds, the snacks on offer will cover most of everyone’s taste buds.
The site is perfect considering it’s location with many big shops around it and especially as Sainsbury’s coffee shop is closed, there is more than adequate seating and it’s kept impressively clean, even the toilets are spotless a big plus for me, this Costa I will return

I do love a Costa but one thing I didn't know was that if you order a babychinno they are free, I asked for a hot chocolate in a baby cup for my young daughter and wasn't charged for it, when letting them know they told me babychinno's are free...its also on the board but I've never paid attention 😂
Update, babychinno are only free in certain costa's...

This Costa is the same standard as most Costa's, although I feel the prices are increasing. The staff don't tend to clean the tables quick enough for new customers but I have found this to be the same problem throughout the franchise. On the whole I still found it to be a pleasant experience with amazing carrot cake. On this occasion I had a flat white with and extra shot and the speciality barns that had a pleasant aroma and slightly fruity taste.
