I ordered two lightly battered fish that were cooked fresh with chips I had a 15 minute walk back to canal and the fish and chips were still piping hot the assissant double wrapped everything the fish was fantastic would definitely recommend this establishment well done

I have used this chippy for years since I was a kid and I am pleased with the food, good quality and nice friendly staff but please listen to your customers orders!! Twice I've been in and you always get my order wrong - on one occasion I was given two meals instead of one although I did get my money reimbursed but try to get my order right otherwise it's a good chippy!! 🍕🙂

Great fish and chips, always fresh, batter never sticks to the paper, these guys use different paper to wrap the fish, compared to others, so the fish is always intact and looking fresh.
They also do plain chips on request.
Nice friendly staff, good prices, genuine good portions.

They sell vegetarian battered chips (i.e. cooked in separate oil from fish/meat) which are hard to find. Today had a cone and previously had a butty which had a generous amount of chips.

My favourite place in town to get something to eat. The staff are very nice and the burgers are always the way I like them and the chips are to die for both battered and plain. I wish I didn't live so far away.
