The Roundhouse Cafe

Such a lovely place and great food! The waiting staff were lovely and attentive. Unfortunately we did witness a rather unsavoury customer that was extremely rude to a very young waitress. She was impatient and vile. I felt that the owner/manager dealt with the customer very professionally as I was chomping at the bit myself to tell her how extremely rude she had been. I definitely recommend visiting. The great customer service was the cherry on top of fantastic food!

I wish I could give 6 stars, I was in the cafe today and witnessed a customer abuse a young member of staff so badly it reduced her to tears. The owner handled the situation with such grace and professionalism. Not only is your food amazing, it was lovely to see young staff being so well protected. I will definitely be back!! Joy petit-Gittos!!!! I can't agree with you less!!! I used to work for this establishment and know the young lady you abused dreadfully!!! You are lucky I do not work there anymore after hearing how awful you were to the young lady serving you!!! I would have also asked you to leave but not as nicely as the owner. How dare you upset a 17year old girl so much you made her cry. You should be ashamed of yourself as a grown woman!!! If that was my daughter who also works there I would be coming looking for you!!! Women should be empowering young women not nocking them down and making them cry over a bloody latte shame on you

Truly exquisite gem of a place and worth a visit whether you are visiting one of the local garden centres or are looking for a meal between Wolverhampton and Bridgnorth. The cakes are made fresh each day, to the point where I watched them make today's delicious looking batch. The Jacket Potatoes are probably the best I have eaten and the Pork Bap is equally excellent. Very friendly staff, excellent food and brilliant value for money. I highly recommend this cafe for both eat in and takeaway. You will NOT be disappointed.

STOPPED TO EAT LOVELY CLEAN PLACE POLITE FRIENDLY STAFF HAD THE ROUNDHOUSE BREAKFAST VERY NICE ,HOT AND SERVED QUICKLY DESPITE US BEING A BIT LATE FOR BREAKFASTS ! NOTHING TOO MUCH TROUBLE AND AN AMAZING ARRAY OF HOME MADE CAKES VERY BIG ONES AT THAT,WE CHOSE THE BAAKEWELLS TO TAKE OUT THEY WERE THE BEST WE HAVE BOTH TASTED DONT LEAVE WITHOUT BUYING A CAKE :) WE WILL RETURN

Totally heavenly, the selection of homemade cakes and pastries in such a small space is phenomenal! The staff are friendly and warm and nothing is too much trouble.. We had the most amazing lunch, such great quality and they use hellmans mayo not cheap rubbish.. Nom nom.. The cakes are out of this world! Making this my regular visit now rather than farmer and Friends.. cheaper and much more for your money quality and service!! 10/10 amazing ❤️

Came today not expecting much but boy was I happily surprised clean cafe nice atmosphere wonderful staff couldn't serve you quick enough and nothing was to much hassle for them had pork bap and homemade quiche and salad the pork bap was like a roast in a bap absolutely amazing and quiche was lovely and light the cakes were out of this world its so nice to see so much choice and all homemade too...
