I waited over 1 hour for this delivery only to be called by the driver saying if I don't come out to the car park he will take it back. I rang the branch where the manager said it would take 10 days for a refund. I chose to go and collect a freshly made pizza but it was so cold i realised i was scammed! Avoid!

chicken was undercooked, pizza had zero flavour only ate the pineapple off it and it came in under 15 minutes meaning surely it hadn’t been cooked properly? unfortunately wont be returning.

I’ve ordered from this Papa John’s a few times now since it’s just a stone’s throw from me. No complaints at all, it’s clean, tidy, and efficient. The team is quick, and the food is always prepared fresh in front of you. Great for a fast and tasty takeaway. Would definitely recommend.

There was a hair on my pizza. They offered a replacement but I think they should’ve also given me at least a partial refund for the situation. My hair is currently purple so I know for a fact this isn’t mine.
