Chopsticks

I have been a customer for many years, mainly food brilliant, I thought they had a blimp last year when food was either burnt or cold. Over the past six months I have regular orders and to be fair the food improved. Not sure what the clinch was but it seems to have been resolved. The food is back to normal, hot and almost delicious. A few things need to change. I'll keep at it. They should reinstall free crackers for orders over a tennis. Following on from my previous review I can say things have gone from bad to worse. Two of my items were not delivered and I paid almost 40 pounds for just two starters plus a pot of curry sauce and of course prawn crackers. They failed to deliver my proper order although what they delivered was good. But how do you reproach them it's done via a third party. From now on I will call direct and pay cash on delivery.
