Often have problems at this McDonald's. Experienced slow service and incorrect orders frequently here, whether it's ordering in the restaurant, through the app or home delivery. I don't know why it's consistently so bad compared to other McDonald's in the area.

Absolutely imcompetent staff! Ordered via app told to wait in bay, did so and after 20 mins food still not come, went in spoke to staff who said order has gone off their screen, then they never had it which they did as already had coffees! They obviously gave food to somebody else and lied about it - defo need training

Ordered food. It was alright but they missed out on my sweet and sour dip. On top of that, the chips were spilled all over the bottom of the bag. Unacceptable.
