No 1 Pizza

Frozen donuts rock hard delivered in a plastic bag loose plastic bag from another shop so god knows what it had in it prior to the frozen donuts then called up and Tod it has to be frozen for hygiene reasons never heard anything like it in my life how these places pass the hygiene is beyond me no where decent anymore jokers!!!

Absolute joke of a takeaway. Took 1hr 15m for a pizza to come from Wolverhampton to Bilston (about an 8-10 min drive). Pizza was cold and soggy, called the shop who said next time they would give a discount but I refused this and asked for a new pizza or refund. They said they cant do refunds and a new pizza would take the same amount of time because they are busy. Went to the shop myself with the pizza there were no orders being made so the shop wasn't busy at all, had to wait about 20 minutes for the manager to come and refund to my bank card. He offered to reheat it for me so I suggested somewhere else he can put it! Don't waste your money on these clowns! P.s. they increase the prices at night to overcharge those coming out bars and clubs.

Ordered online, gave instructions to address, somehow turned into a collection, so phoned and man on phone confirmed order was on it's way. Order never turned up, phoned again, man on phone says it was a collection. I said no, I confirmed with you earlier you were delivering and you said it was on it's way. So anyway, at after 11pm no food, asked for money back....WAS REFUSED. I got told 'driver was angry,' 'we will not give money back,' I will never use number one pizza again and I would urge anyone to avoid like the plague. Awful service...no food.....no refund.
