This is the third time I have made an order and they don't put onions mustard or anything else but pickles and ketchup on my burgers! I didn't request to not have what should come on my burgers, literally bun pickle burger patty and some ketchup is all they put on there

We went before going to a concert, in the halls. The venue was busy. I ordered a double-quarter pounder without the bun or ketchup. Neither of which was what I received. I didn't have time after waiting, to go and get it reordered.
