Stopped coach for a short break, had a whopper meal. Great service & great food, clean dinning areas. 3.30pm on Wednesday 23rd August.
It was pretty busy but we still got our food fairly quickly. Staff were hard working. Huge fan of the BK brand and standards here were good. Everyone enjoyed their meal.
Walked in after going to another service station early on our trip and receiving service so bad we didn't even order in the end. But thought we would give it another go as we were both hungry. Benjamin was poltie and informed us that due to an equipment fault there was no beef burgers as soon as we walk in I was I little disappointed but these thing happen and I understand that so I order a chicken burger and a veggie burger for my partner and it was good and at a standard I expect from bk. Mybe they should send the staff hear to the other one to train them on customer service and I wouldn't have wasted my time and the other store would not have received a bad review
