Used to use Grosvenor Casinos but found this one is closer to home. Friendly reception, bar and cleaning staff. Kept in good condition, clean and tidy and some cheerful, chatty patrons encountered. Lady Luck wasn't always with me but this is definitely a venue to return to.

suprise night out for my birthday, didn't know what to expect as never been to a casino.. only ever played games online so was nervous. from the very beginning at signing up right through the night as we were leaving every single member of staff was not only pleasant and polite but made us feel at ease explaining everything we needed to know. cannot fault casino 36 in any way. brilliant night will return 👍

I didn't plan to attend the Valentines event but the night was enjoyable. You will have to join with proof of ID prior to attending any functions on the premises. Polite, professional and friendly staff.
Good size function room, interesting selection on the bar, comfortable atmosphere. A definate for 50 + events.

Super smart casino with friendly staff. Nicely laid out and furnished. Spread out over several floors with the main gambling part on the ground floor. Bar and restaurant on the next floor that also has lots of large screen tv's and comfy sofas which makes it ideal for watching sports and live events. Then right on the top floor is the sky lounge which is outside but covered and has fire pits to keep you warm and is a nice place to chill. Well worth a visit.

14 of us booked for a family meal, great service, friendly and attentive. Food was good and served quickly, staff made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Roof top terrace was great, cold night heated by two log burners, champagne bar offering two for one

Since the refurb the casino is so much nicer. They regularly do free prize draws and we happened to win £500 - so it's not rigged! They also do free buffets on Sunday nights. There's a rooftop bar. All in all a good experience

Great place for a gamble, great food and drink at reasonable prices. Open 24/7, great parking available for members. My friends and I always enjoy going in. The roof terrace is well heated and has good views over Wolverhampton. Sports bar is big with alot of great programs on the large TVs (mostly sport). Staff are great.
