They have revamped this McDonalds and they now have little game stations for kids which is cool.

Not too good at the moment for it's drive-in service at it's stadium:uk flagship outlet...constantly making mistakes and getting orders wrong;however, iam there before 11am most days and the staff are kind and friendly and not,as described by our British media,as "toxic"....in my opinion, the total opposite!...daily mail take note:I have spoken!

Chicken over cooked, this is becoming a regular thing not sure if it is not fresh and left standing for a while before being served. Service very good and a nice quiet atmosphere which is unusual for McDonald’s.

I have consistently found both the service and politeness of staff, and the food quality, to be above the standard of other branches. Particularly surprising has been how polite the staff are, which tends not to have been my experience of other branches.

Very slow service, no print kisko, so I don't know what the order number. No one at the counter to assist. Never see service in other Mcdonald strange.

Had a great experience at this place and some lovely chats with the staff. Place was very clean even though they seemed to be short staffed. The manager whom took my order on the till was very patient with my son I belive her name is neve, such a great asset to this company. The woman who brought our food over was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. She didn’t have a name tag but she was a redhead and had a tatto. rebbeca was also so kind and helpful despite being a busy bee , such a calm and collected lady. Constantly has a smile on her face she really topped my experience here. This is my new favourite McDonald’s to come to , so much better than my local. Much faster service and my order was actually accurate. Would definitely recommend this place if your wanting a burger.

On the few visits recently, this specific McDonald's drive-through seems to be understaffed, certainly when eating in, though that could be due to the layout of the kitchen area.
Service was on par with other McDonald's I've visited.
Staff were helpful to a number of guests.
The outdoor seating area is impressive, with the number of outdoor seats with benches (tables) in the low double digits.
Music level is acceptable.

Food wasn't to bad tonight except for the usual being cold, pretty empty inside so nice and quiet and the order was correct for once,

Staff member was really helpful, food was not hot though. Had Podpoint 7kw car chargers (untethered) which was great.
