We had a good experience. We needed cottage pie ingredients. The mince was excellent. No mushrooms but it was late on a Saturday and personally I prefer a place to stock fresh stuff and when it's gone it's gone. So that was fine. Cream, potatoes, very fresh cauliflower, cheese, wine and then we stocked up on other things like eggs and sausages,because the dates on them were good and the sausages looked good. Helpful cheerful service. We will be back. It is just possible to see the sign"Farm op" on the barn from the dual carriageway but signage off the roundabout would be good too. No sign of a café that people mention but it's possible we missed it.
I called in last week and bought my fresh meat. The home made tomato sausage are my favourite x All the cakes , pies , bread are all made by the owner . Well worth the visit x
Been meaning to go here for years as its so local. Finally did it today. Felt very welcome despite the small size of the shop. Service amazing, food amazing quality so far (I went a bit mad and bought loads). THE best pork pie and huntsman's pie we've ever tasted. See you next weekend!

I have been coming now for over 12 months and no mater what is requested from Oliver and his team they always provide a first class service. My favourite place for a relaxed morning breakfast and a coffee.

Fantastic cafe, butchers , cake shop they have the best chicolate brownies ever sandwiches top notch, it's shame there not open Sunday morning cause I would love a sarny that morning.
