Last night I spent the night at the Crown. Very welcoming, great food, lovely atmosphere and room, nothing was too much trouble. Hospitality at its best.

It was a start to a holiday as we picked up coach in Woodbridge the following morning. All staff were helpful and cheerful. Second stay now and will definitely book for future if only for a meal. Thankyou crown.

I spent at The Crown a couple of nights while exploring the area.
The room was spacious and very clean and the bed comfortable. The food at the restaurant was truly excellent (particularly both breakfasts). A the staff was helpful and incredibly friendly and kind.
I will be back for sure.

We enjoyed an afternoon tea at The Crown and after pre-ordering a gluten free version for my friend, we were not disappointed.
The selection and choice of items was a little different but in a good way. We loved the spiced patty and the delicate cakes. The gluten free versions were equally as good

A light lunch, toasted Steak Ciabatta, simply perfect with a gorgeous pint of Guinness. Stylishly comfortable seating with faultless service. You coould not wish for more in Woodbridge.

We went for a week's break in Suffolk last week, and was advised to go to Woodbridge for the day. We then visited The Crown as it was very dog friendly 😊 and then we ordered 5 small plates. The food was absolutely delicious 😋 and only £20?? Definitely recommend and next time we're in Suffolk will definitely be back 👍👍👍

Very friendly staff. Lovely food.. room beautiful... on road which was a little bit busy. Outlook from room drab.

Waited a long time for a menu and wasn't told that there was no table service, but once we had ordered our food and drinks, the service was fine. There was no salt pots on any table with salt in them, but the waitres went to the kitchen and came back with condiments

First time here but heard excellent things about the chef and food. We had Jacob serve us and although he was serving several tables, he was extremely friendly , kind and understanding. He really made the experience enjoyable for us and even when there was a hiccup , he quickly fixed it and was lovely.
Fully recommend this place!
