The best tea room on the Thoroughfare. Lovely decor - light inside and a lovely sheltered courtyard outside. Friendly, welcoming staff. Brilliant selection of drinks including loose leaf tea. A great array of delicious homemade cakes. The cheese scones are awesome. Big thumbs up all round

Beautiful place, very friendly owner and staff. Great selection of teas (proper tea leaves) and great selection of cakes and gorgeous macaroons. Loved the homemade touches such as the tea cup lights made by the owner. A very talented lady. Will be back!

Christine's is under new ownership and they have carried on where the previous owners left off, good food, very good coffee and the jewel in the crown is the garden, nowhere in Woodbridge has somewhere so pleasant to sit on a hot sunny day with shade from big trees and brollies to sit under. Food and drink have always arrived promptly from friendly staff. It would be 5 star but it's fairly expensive, and can anyone tell me why flat whites are more expensive everywhere? they are just espresso and milk like all the other coffees, same amount of coffee but less milk than lattes and cappuccinos. No reason is the answer if you were wondering.

I had the loveliest time at Christine’s tea room! The staff is super nice and the food was so tasty and freshly made. We shared 2 bagels - pesto, tomato, mozzarella / hummus, avocado, radish - and the bagel bread was warm 🤌🏼 with some mixed leaf salad on the side. We ate in the yard behind, under a splendid blossoming magnolia. We also ordered 2 drinks: a chai latte and hazelnut iced latte (which actually tasted hazelnut and not just sweetener). The prices are reasonable too for the quality of the service, place and food. We could stay for a couple of hours and staff were not pushy at all, we had time to eat and chat. I will definitely bring my family there next time 💗 (update: I did brought my family 😊 we shared a bagel, salad, scones and lemon meringue cake)

I hear that it is under new management, it seems better organised and the service is quicker than I recall. The food and drinks I ordered were great as always. I enjoyed the sausage bag for breakfast, my only criticism was that the banana slice was a little bland for my liking. The staff are as always very friendly.

Lovely coffee, excellent menu. The garden is an amazing place for coffee and cake (or even breakfast) on a nice day. The breakfast pancakes are lovely - recommended.

Christine's made our wedding cake - it was delicious, looked good and was great value! The staff took the time to talk us through (and let us taste!) all the options and were able accommodate different flavours in each layer, plus some vegan and gluten free cupcakes for those with dietary requirements.

Lovely cafe serving a range of snacks and cakes. The cheese and ham toasty was particularly good as well as the chocolate brownie. The cafe is dog friendly with water bowls available. There is seating inside and out and the outside is very pleasant on a sunny day with parasols, tables and chairs. The staff were friendly and polite and the cafe is clean and fresh. Worth a visit.

Our whole family loves Christine's. It is the best cafe in Woodbridge (since the legendary Noreen Pritchard's closed in the 1980s). It's such a lovely place I almost don't want to give it a good review as I want to keep it a secret! However, it's fine selection of teas and delicious home-baked scones, pastries and cakes deserve to be shared. Spread the love (and lots of butter on your scones).

A little hidden gem of a place. Lovely coffee and cakes and a really beautiful setting. We will be visiting again, without a doubt.

Lovely courtyard garden and plenty of tables indoors. The teacakes are delicious and I'd recommend the Buddha bowl for lunch.
