Hero Certified Burgers

This place was so good! We were looking for somewhere to eat after a long day at Canada’s Wonderland, and lots of places were already closed. We stopped in here because they were open late. The girl at the counter was very sweet. We ordered too spicy jalapeño chicken burgers and they were the spiciest chicken burgers we’ve ever had, but so good. And the poutine had squeaky cheese :).

Visited this place around 12 in night, person Vishal sharma was very welcoming and explained all the menu and items in the menu. Suggested us the best and we had amazing experience. Me and my friends we all love the food and store was neat and clean tidy. Washrooms were operational and store operated till 3 in night. Thanks Vishal for giving us a good time. Kudos to certified burger.

The customer service at this location by Ragni and Adnan is outstanding. Both this and the Dufferin/Major Mack locations have outstanding service and fresh food. Our Go to fav Hero burger joints are these 2 locations hands down. Keep it up! If anyone is in the area head to these locations and you will be amazed!

The quality of their burgers, combined with their outstanding customer service, left a lasting impression on me. Let's start with the burgers themselves. They were simply amazing! The bun was fresh and perfectly toasted, adding a delightful texture to each bite. The patties were cooked to perfection, juicy and flavourful. However, what truly set Hero Certified Burgers apart was their incredible customer interaction. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm. The staff genuinely seemed to care about their customers' dining experience, and it made a world of difference. I must give a special mention to Rajni, who stood out with her exceptional professionalism. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had an enjoyable visit. She was attentive and her friendly demeanour and willingness to accommodate my requests made me feel like a valued customer. The overall ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend visiting Hero Burgers for mouthwatering food with outstanding hospitality. FYI: The food here is Halal.

Best burger ever had in Canada . Special thanks to employees Mani and Aayush who created me a special vegetarian burger. They crafted my beyond meat crispy chicken burger so well with special hot sauce that instead of one burger i had 2 at same time . Thanks a lot for help and this delicious food. Will definitely visit again 👍For sure
