Well stocked, clean, pleasant staff.
Like all M&S stores it suffers from poor dates on food & on only catering for 2+ families.
Very well placed. Good food but expensive. ample parking but gets busy at lunch. Would recommend for a friday lunch one off. Convenient for stopping on the way into reading or back out. Quiet in the mornings
Great,two M&S Food shops plus a M&S Simply Food next to a petrol station.Very handy.
Plenty of places to park. Good choice of flowers in florist section. Looked clean & well stocked with all usual M & S food hall groceries, ready meal choices, chocolates selection & wines etc. Cafeteria had choice of sandwiches, cakes etc. Adequate but could be improved, particularly the decor. Sparse/basic sprang to mind.
Overall, I was happy with my visit & look forward to shopping there again. Also handy that I could collect my online shopping purchase from there from a customer services corner.
It’s a small food hall, so they can’t stock everything so accept the range is somewhat limited compared to the giant ones. That said the staff are always very attentive and they do have a decent selection of goods. It does annoy me when they move stuff around but that’s a retail thing not limited to them, largely everything stays in the same section. In covid times they are very good at controlling numbers of people in store and generally social distancing & face coverings are adhered to. It’s always clean too which seems trivial but who wants to buy their food from a dirty looking supermarket
Great food hall. Fresh food. Good selection of cards and flowers. Lovely staff. Every trolly is cleaned down after use and when given to each customer at the door, to prevent the spread of Covid. I cannot fault this store or anything about M&S
It's a great m&s! always takes me a while to master the roundabout that its on. The staff are very friendly and it stocks all your usual stuff as well as a few branded products. The car park is a good size so never any trouble parking.
Superb organisation re the queue, lovely lady with dark hair, very welcoming. Great choice and standard of food. Even got a few reduced bargains.... Very pleasant lady on the till, Esther. All in all, a super shopping experience
Worried about Carina virus....Marks and Spencer food hall at Woodley has clean trolleys waiting for you....hand clean station just where you want it and all your favourite food is in sight. Well stocked with M and S essentials and family choices....meals...cakes...Vegan and vegetarian, this is a great place for a quick pick up or a weekly shop. Love it!
