And when I spoke to Joe and said "my dads down from Wales to go for a meal and I know just the place to go!" Joe simply replied,"no pressure then!" We've eaten here maybe a dozen times now and last night was just as good as the first time! First class all round! Well done all at the Pavilion!

My husband and I piped up for fish and chips. We tried cod large it took around 5min. Seems like they used fresh cod. Huge cod and fresh potato chips. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I paid around £10.50 as take away. Good place and nice clean seating area. We will visit again. Thanks 😊

Went for Friday Lunch and it never disappoints! Last time I had the lighter version of fish and chips which is amazing they have on the menu. This time went for normal cod and chips and it was so good. Service with a smile. Thank you.

This was my first (1) proper fish & chips in a real f&c place in the 🇬🇧. 4 stars for the experience. There's a large menu. I kept it simple. Cod & Chips. They only have one (1) size; BIG. It was a lot of cod and potatoes. The cod was light and fluffy. As was the batter. Not greasy at all. I don't think they add salt, which I appreciated. Plenty of salt and condiments on the table. I ordered mushy peas as well. I thought the chips could have been crisper and cooked more. But, maybe that's not the traditional way...?! People's reviews complaining about the prices seem odd to me. It's a lot of food.

This place certainly lives up to the hype around Fish and Chips! This was my first time having fish and chips in the UK and I was extremely satisfied with the cod we were served. As a visitor, I was expecting to get tartar sauce with the meal as well, but was pleasantly surprised with how tasty the fish was even without sauce. Would highly recommend this excellent place!

Great for your Friday (or any) night fish and chip supper. Ate in and service and food good. Wine and beer options limited and It's not very lively but it's a great chippy!

Food was unbelievable. Best chips I've had in London. Great value. and the waitress was absolutely brilliant. Great service and so so friendly. Will definitely be back.

Best fish and chips in a 12 mile radius tbh. Freshly fried, light and tasty. Now my regular place. Highly recommended. Very friendly and polite staff.
