Amazing gluten free options, they made me feel very confident it wouldn’t be contaminated and the food was amazing too. Also really good vegan options☺️definitely recommend coming here if you have any dietary requirements

Food was great and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.
There is a lift at the back for anyone who requires level access and staff were quick to support with this. They all had a friendly, passionate demeanour without the corporate cheesiness.
I struggled to access the 25% discount from joining the zillionaire's club and staff spent time trying to sort it out. When that didn't work they signposted me to email Zizzis. I found them equally friendly and helpful and they refunded the discount I should have had.

We had a very enjoyable lunch at Zizi's after visiting the Titanic exhibition at the Guild Hall.
Our table was booked for 1.30 but we arrived earlier than planned. The staff were great and seated us immediately.
After we were seated, our waitress explained that they were very short staffed due to illness, so there could be some delays.
Our food and drink arrived with only a slight delay. The food was tasty and hot.
Be aware that the toilets are up a flight of stairs.

Pizza/pasta place, centrally located. Good gluten free food offer, and lovely to get a decent gluten free pizza, properly marked up and with staff who were aware. Only downside was the service, which was a bit slow at times.

Although we accidentally ended up eating there on a busy night, we still left impressed. Despite how clearly busy the staff were, everyone was friendly and on top of their game. The food also arrived quickly and besides the oddly chewy crackling that came with the pork belly everything was lovely. The cocktail selection was a bit limited and I wasn't a huge fan, we came here for the food and can definitely say both mains and the desserts were good. Kudos to our server Jamie (I think that was his name) who maintained a happy attitude despite being really rushed off his feet and kept smiling.

Brilliant busy little place, even though it was busy we were taken care of in a timely manner, all the staff were great.
The food was lovely, my partner had lasagne and I had a Ragu, both were very tasty & hot.
Nice vibrant atmosphere, give this place a try you won't be disappointed
