Great restaurant. Very posh indeed. The staff are lovely and accommodating. Very child friendly and great for family and date meals.
The food was amazing ! The portion sizes are quite big, but they do offer you a box to take your meal home in if you don't finish it all which is great.
Prices are a little bit high but is expected from such a great restaurant. Plenty of seating downstairs and upstairs.
It gets busy quiet fast though as it Is popular restaurant in worcester. We didn't really wait too long for the food to come either which was great. Always love speedy service.
The toilets are upstairs in a tight staircase. Felt like I was going to fall down them as they are a little steep but other than that I loved it here.
Service from staff was exceptional for our large group (around 20 of us)! They were very attentive and helpful. We had the entire upstairs room to ourselves which was great as I'm aware large groups can be a bit rowdy and meant we wouldn't disturb anybody else dining in the restaurant. Food was excellent too, really enjoyed the pizza and shall definitely be returning. My only criticism would be that the beer felt overpriced considering they only have bottled, but otherwise was a great meal and everybody appeared to really enjoy themselves!
Went here for dinner with the family and ordered on eof the oven baked pasta dishes. Absolutely delicious, service, food and drinks were all great. Would come here again
Great food, lovely flavours all served hot and fresh.
Servers could have been more attentive, it was difficult to get drinks refilled as they all congregated at the opposite end of the restaurant chatting to each other.
I wouldn't bother with the coffee, it was not good.
Overall a good evening out, just a couple of points that could be improved.
Great little restaurant the pizza was really good, the staff where friendly and helpful enjoyed my vist and would go again, would be a good place for date nights of people that like Italian food,price was also very good for the area and had a lovely atmosphere
First time here, Booked a table for 7:30. We was a little late due to parking issue but the staff were very accommodating. It felt very authentic inside, warm and welcoming. Service was spot on. Drinks were very prompt and enough time between courses. The food was amazing. Freshly made and you could tell. Will definitely be returning and would highly recommend
Walked in on the off chance of getting a table. Staff were welcoming and friendly and we were seated quickly.
We've never had a disappointing experience here. It's definitely one of Worcester's gems! The only problem is choosing what to order.

Best restaurant in town. A group of us went. Delicious food- loved the pizzas, garlic bread, steaks. Great service. Leave room for dessert.. Probably best to book in advance.
Food was delicious - all 4 of us agreed on this. Service was attentive but not intrusive or over the top. Oasis of calm. With food this good it was a shame it was not busier. Maybe more atmosphere if more customers. People please go and try Valentino's
