Always tidy and good quality items. Upstairs book department so good like a library with sections helping you choose. Coffee shop excellent. Homemade scones, quiches, jacket pot, toastie. Lovely coffee. Prefer to have drink/ snack here to benefit the charity rather than expensive high street establishments.

Fantastic shop. I purchased two gorgeous gardening books published by the Royal Horticulturalist society at St Richard's for an excellent price! one at 1.95 and the other at 2.50, and both practically new! I plan on returning. Thanks!

Brilliant staff.
The young girl was particularly helpful approachable sharp and professional.
Some great quality products available and all serving a great cause too.
This is a charity shop that deserves your attendance and time.
Will revisit next time in Worcester for sure.

The cafe on the first floor is open again. Hygenic and Covid safe; great quality food and drinks.at very reasonable prices; and friendly staff. A great little cafe which is still unknown to many in Worcester.

Upstairs is a FANTASTIC book shop & lovely cafe I regularly meet friends & take my mother there for lunch.
Lots of really nice options.
Note: Also a lift for upstairs for anyone not so good with stairs.

Fabulous stock in this special charity place. The cafe has really good quality food and a different selection for flavour and choice. There has always been a great array of clothes and other bric a brac as you would expect. But the book selection is really stand out with a unique and antiques cabinet as well as the usual.mix. very good Sci-Fi selection.

Not my favourite shop of this charity they can be very fussy on what they take plus I find some of the prices are high. I owe this shop an apology I was getting confused with the Malvern store. This store in Worcester is a pleasure to go in and the coffee shop serves good food and the book store as a good collection. So sorry again.

Upmarket Charity shop. Quality clothes and home wear. First floor bookshop (large stocks), also has a great collection of music. Second hand books, well laid out and offered at reasonable prices

Excellent bookstore. My only complaint is with the offensive piped music and with the temperature levels (always heated far too much). In particular, the classics and foreign lit sections are always relatively well stocked.

Been for lunch a few times at the Snowdrops Cafe. It's always been a pleasurable experience and the food is really nice. Recently I noticed they've been adding to the menu so now there is a lot more choice than when I first went in. Very nice cafe, abdthere shop is very nice too, hard to believe it's a charity shop as it doesn't have the "charity shop" appearance, the bookshop is more like walking into Waterstones than a charity book shop.

The book store and cafe upstairs is well worth a visit. There's a lift so there's disabled access too. The clothing selection is sorted by colour and reasonably priced. All the clothes seem clean and there is no musty smell at all. There's usually a good selection on offer.
