It is a very nice local pub, but 5 is open at 6:00 pm. Lovely cheesy chips, great garden and very friendly staff!

Wonderful visit . Myself and my wife chose to stop at the Virgin Tavern for a few drinks and a bite to eat. Upon entering the premises we were greeted and made welcome by the management and staff. Lovely friendly pub. We tried the homemade pizza and homemade burger and were not disappointed. Homemade by the landlady Danielle and to be honest much nicer than most high end establishments at a very affordable cost. The locals were very friendly and the manager Craig was a credit, along with his staff, to the business. I would happily recommend trying this little pub if you want a nice friendly welcoming place. We would not hesitate in venturing here again.

Great family friendly pub. Big comfortable beer garden for the summer and warm and cosy inside environment for the winter. Chinese food served here is fantastic... Big portions, very tasty and great value for money. Friendly staff is a welcome bonus... Will continue to visit this place regularly!
