Asda Worcester Cafe

I would like to put a review in as I had great service today. Two ladies assisted me as the self checkout was being a little temperamental. I then wen to the man on customer service who I have to say is always very helpful I don’t his name but he is very distinguishable as he’s supper tall with a great Mustache and breed. He’s always happy and helpful. He’s a credit to Asda Worcester.

I recently went in and ordered a breakfast brunch and left without eating mostly none of it. The case was (eyes too big scene) lovely place and excellent staff. Sorry fo r leaving a good plate of food. And to the person who said they were a bunch of crooks,they are in fact a brunch of cookies. And good at that.

I needed some wool washing liquid when I arrived at Asda this morning. I had forgotten my glasses & couldn’t read any of the labels on the back of the bottles. Two fantastic female Asda employees helped me get the product I needed without fuss or making me feel stupid. Staff, in this particular store, are always patient, polite & nothing is ever too much trouble. Thank you.

We went to the cafe. When the member of staff finally arrived to serve us he was rude and sarcastic. He had clearly been watching us before he appeared to serve us because he sarcastically told us to look at the menu we had already walked past twice. We tried to order some items from said menu but none were available. On a plus, the young woman clearing tables was very polite and helpful. Perhaps the store could get her to train the man behind the counter how to be polite to customers?

The fresh pancakes from the bakery are holy, I literally come in just for them. Although was in other day at like half 6 and there wasn't much fruit and veg out, couldn't find strawberries. Also could do with more choice for frozen smoothie mixes, there literally weren't any that I could find. But otherwise good, lots of drinks and biscuity things.

Oh dear. Didn't even manage to get served in the cafe as only one person serving as the other decided to go downstairs. He was busy but we were just left standing. This gave us plenty of time to 'study' the empty food display cabinet which definitely had not been cleaned and trays of dirty dishes on tables. Bearing in mind this was 10.30am roughly. Sorry asda thought better of you. Definitely wouldn't recommend a visit. No stars for you today! Unfortunately had to give you one star because it wouldn't let me post with none

Do not bother shopping here very rude staff that think they're something special that bully and harass customers, that look over your shoulder when shopping and then also watch over you when you are paying at the till while putting your payment details in! Disgusting! But what can you expect because most of them haven't done much with their lives and get their kicks by having power trips. We are not the first people to have this experience at this store and alot of people I know have stopped shopping there because of rude and arrogant staff. Guess what you really aren't that special. Will never use this store again.
