The worst customer service! I pre ordered online for pick up. I came for pick up when the young lady told me she never received my order. I showed her my confirmation number along with my bank statement. She was extremely rude. She was on the phone with her “boss”, raised her hand towards my face and stated my bank card was declined. That i needed to put a new order in. I had the receipt, email confirmation, bank statement. My payment went through! She continue to tell me it was my fault. I left the restaurant. I was not going to pay for a new order, she ran out into the street to call me back because she finally received my order. She continued to tell me this was my fault, she wasn’t apologetic at all.

Chose this place as a last resort since everywhere else was very expensive or closed, and my family was getting pretty hungry. When we walked in, the girl behind the counter was having a very loud conversation on her cell phone. She asked "What do you want?" We told her we would need a minute, and she gave us the hateful glare of a high schooler who got robbed of prom queen. Eventually, when she got off the phone, my brother ordered first. He asked for a masterpiece meal with a pizza sub. The employee told him that he could only get turkey, ham, or salami with the meal but not the pizza sub (even though the menu board said differently). He decided on a different sub and finished his order. I ordered next, and asked for a spicy italian salad. She said "Salad?" as though she'd never heard the word before in her life. I pointed to where salads were on the menu board, and she asked what kind of bread I wanted. I told her I can't have bread (I'm gluten-free) but she kept insisting that I get bread. I repeatedly told her I wanted salad because I can't have bread, and she looked so angry at me. I finally convinced her to let me have a salad, but she told me "You don't get as much meat." I told her that's fine because I just wanted my salad. My dad ordered next and asked for the pizza sub masterpiece meal (the same meal that my brother was told he couldn't get). The girl had no issue and quickly made the order for my dad that she had refused to get my brother a few minutes ago. Once we had all ordered and sat down, she started playing some strange video that sounded like a soap opera starring Alvin and the Chipmunks. After a few minutes, the sounds started getting louder and louder like she was trying to annoy us out of the place. My sister asked to use the bathroom before we left, and the girl told us the bathroom was "out of water" so she couldn't go. This woman also seemed to be the only employee working there on a Sunday afternoon. Worst Subway I've ever been to in my life but gets one star for the bizarre entertainment of the whole experience.

Went into this subway after leaving the DCU Center for a graduation. When I entered subway, the employee was sitting in the back on her phone and would not respond to help until I said excuse me multiple times... that should have been a red flag; however, I still got a toasted sub. The ingredients did not look very fresh, but I was hungry so I was going to eat it anyway UNTIL this happened: another couple walked in looking to get something to eat as well. I have to mention they looked black and I am white. The worker immediately says to them the restaurant is closed right as I am sitting down to eat. I then asked her why she told them the restaurant was closed and refused to serve them. The response I got was they were running low on food and the "crazy" couple as she called them that she refused to serve would not understand. I was appalled at what appeared to me to be discrimination, and I chose not to eat my sub. This type if behavior is not acceptable anywhere, and I will not eat at a subway again.

Worst customer service i have ever seen. This girl sat on her phone for a straight 3 minutes without acknowledging me. She then rolls her eyes and says "what do you want"....i ask her "are you busy? Do you need a few minutes?!" I was just so angry. She then says again "what do you want" extremely rudly. I said im all set and walked out. Told the next guy dont eat here and he walked out as well.

The rudest young indian lady was running this place she tried to kick me out before closing whem i was trying to eat and then drive home. She stood there staring at me while arguing in her native language loudly with someone on her cellphone as i was attempting to have a phone conversation with someone. Absolutely unacceptable. Will be contacting management
