Rozmarino Pizza & Subs

So i ordered a wing ding dinner and a small turkey n cheese sub...lets start with the sad excuse of a meal they call a wing ding dinner :i paid $10 for 5 pieces of frozen salty chicken. I asked for hotts on my sub n i got pickled jalapenos... Like i dont know if it was a hearing problem or a snow strom problem but i got played for 20 bucks😰😰😰

Absolutely garbage, cheese is disgusting, sauce tastes like cheap tomato paste. Ordered delivery and was told 30 minutes and I don’t even live a minute away, it took over an hour. And the cherry on top was they bring me a hot 2 liter. The driver says it’s very hot and when I asked if they had a fridge for drinks he just repeated its very hot in the store. To be fair the drive was very nice but it’s unfortunate the owners and management couldn’t back it up with the most important part... THE FOOD.

Food took about an hour to show up, which is fine, but based on the temperature it seems like it was in the car for 45 minutes of that hour. Garlic Parmesan wings had no sauce, zero garlic, and about 3 sprinkles of parmesan. The wings themselves were nice and crispy though, and decent sized. Buffalo chicken pizza had quite a bit of chicken and tasted good, and the cheese was browned nicely, but at nearly room temperature it was pretty mediocre. I'd say if you're going to eat in the food would probably be pretty tasty, but skip the garlic parm wings and maybe don't go for delivery.

They sell old chips, Ice cream (they gave my son free chips and Ice cream I looked at the exp date and it was old) and I ordered a Antipasto Salad and Honest to God the Ham, was old they put Bologna and it was disgusting also OLD I just threw everything awaY. Will never eat there again!.. THE ONLY THING GOOD HERE IS THE GUYS ARE NICE.

I didn't even want to give one star but had no choice, I will never come here again, ordered a bacon jalapeno calzone and a soda, had to ask free 5 min for my soda the kid forgot I even ordered it, then I got bacon green pepper, when I told them I got the wrong thing I was told I was wrong.. I was right he didn't know the difference, I could taste the difference. Then waiting for correct one he messed up 3 out of 4 other orders..

1st time ordering I was overcharged by $8 and the manager promised me a credit, this was last month. Tried to place an order tonight and the person who the answered the phone seemed to have NO clue where he was even working. He had to ask someone if they did delivery, he had no idea what I was talking about when I asked for a steak/egg/cheese sandwich (WHICH IS ON THE COVER OF THE MENU) and he refused to put ANYONE else on the phone. Needless to say I hung up the phone and called Papa Gino’s. I will NEVER give this place my business again and I suggest you do the same.

Second time ordering calzones the first time a while back they put this spice on top the was horrible this time there was so MUCH CHEESE it was gross you couldn't taste the ham or pineapple and I love CHEESE. Wish the other people still ran it there calzone were AWESOME. SORRY will be finding a new place.
