Road Runner Pizza

I ordered my food only at 8:20. I paid $42 for said order. An hour had passed already and no sign of my food. I then call this location saying i'm missing an order from an hour ago. With no details of my order they pull it up immediately and proceed to claim my food is in a warmer and say it will be there shortly. 50 minutes after that i call again where the same workers picks up the phone in full clarity asks me of my order, and as soon as i said which it is, they proceeded to claim i was breaking up. They then hung up and i found that my number was blocked. 20 minutes later at 10:30 pm my food arrives with a rude as* driver gives me the order with all food hard as a rock. Worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant.

The most unprofessional owners and/or worker. The delivery people are nice, but the person who takes the phone orders is rude and zero appreciation for customers. The first time he was rude, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he was having a bad day, this business in not easy with this pandemic going on. 2nd time, I was done. There is no reason to be condescending and unprofessional over the phone. The food is not even that great but the location is convenient to my home and work, they lost a customer and I want to make sure people know that their business is not appreciated. You also need to watch what they are charging your credit card. Trust me, any one who reads reviews, take it seriously.. take your business elsewhere. If I could rate the 0 or no star, I would.. they do not even deserve 1.

I ordered a broccoli chicken alfredo ziti and when I went to taste it it tasted incredibly sour like it was made with something that had spoiled I attempted to bring it back and explain the situation and the lady argued with me claiming that it was made with everything fresh and I was wrong. I'll no longer be ordering from this place it's a joke how unwilling she was to work with me
