I think this popeyes has no management at all,been looking bad reviews but still no change in customer service,had worst experience,order was messed up and when asked for condiments took 11 minutes after asking again and again,i was looking those were just a hand away,in the meantime food was gone cold ,may be it was on shelf for longer period. At least not recommended park ave location.

I loved Popeyes when it first opened on Park Ave, the service was good and so was the food. The last couple times however were just awful. Yesterday I went and the rudest kid served me. Totally incoherent, rude, snatched my money and literally threw my food at me. Food was almost inedible and ended up getting tossed. Fries just thrown into the bag. Food made me sick. Not sure what's going on here but please stop hiring lazy punks to work there and maybe I'd be back. Oh and this location is filthy! Shame on the management and franchise owner

Great food when they first opened. Now it’s hit or miss most of the time. Orders missing food, soggy fries or everythings cold. Employees are terrible and rude. Manager looks like he doesn’t give AF. Inside is dirty most times. Employees cussing/ yelling none stop. Either hire a whole new crew or shut the place down. Been coming here since they opened and it’s been going downhill ever since.

It's fine except you have to wait to get certain things on the menu. The blackened chicken specifically is made to order so no matter when you go in or through the drive thru, you have to wait atleast 10 mins. Other Popeyes locations don't have this issue.

This Popeyes is filled with rats and lazy ahh ppl these ppl gave me raw chicken soggy fries and moldy old Mac and cheese talk about having three bad things at once these ppl tried to off me or sumthing cuz ehy I receive my food like this and I came in around 8pm cause I was starving and I asked for ranch and the lady didnt even put it in the bag dont go here for your food ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

This is probably going to sound like a rant but I just have had many bad experiences at this Popeye's where it just solidified my decision to never spend money here ever again. In short I would not recommend people spend their money here. So my girl and I wanted to go here because we haven't had them in a while. When I arrived, my girl asked if we are going through drive thru and I said no because the person on the drive thru is always rude and has an attitude. We parked in the lot next to the drive through and I saw a sign that had a promotion for the 9 piece family meal for $26.99 and my girl said that we could do that when I read it out to her. So I figured since we know what we want, it would be easy to just order through drive thru so I just hopped in since no one was there taking the chance. When I told the girl through drive thru that I wanted the 9 piece, she told me that they didn't have it because it's not on the menu and every time I tried telling the lady that the sign in the drive through said that it was a 9 piece chicken or tenders meal with 2 sides and 4 biscuits for 26 bucks, she would cut me off and give me an attitude and tell me that they only had a 9 piece that doesn't come with anything. I then reiterated the sign telling her that there was a sign that I am looking at and she interrupted me again with heavy breathing as if I was bothering her and told me that there was no such thing on the menu. I told her that I was just going to come inside from the drive thru. I took the sign off of the drive thru so that I could verify if what was on the sign was actually being served. When I got inside, I asked a gentlemen that also had a drive thru headset on if they were serving what was on the sign. He looked at it and told me that they were serving that. I told him that the lady in the drive thru said that this isn't being served and he pointed at the same sign that was hanging inside the lobby which confirmed that it was being served. I just said okay, gave the gentlemen the signage back and did not bother to give this establishment my money because it seems that the staff only hires bodies and rewards bad behavior with a paycheck. If a customer is telling an employee that there is an advertisement and that they want that advertisement, the merchant is suppose to honor that advertisement because it is being displayed. There seems to be a lack of communication skills and customer service skill at this location. I decided not to give this location my money because of the attitude that I had received. I have had many bad experiences at this place and I would advise that any customer that comes to this location to reconsider spending your hard earned money here. I have had many instances where I was greeted with poor attitude in this location whether it was through drive thru or within the dinning area. I do not understand how a majority of the employees get hired but it is clear that they just want bodies in the door where their hiring process should be who is qualified to provide customer service. Save your money and support a local mom and pop shop. It might be a little more expensive, it might not but they would provide better welcoming customer experience than this Popeye's located in Worcester. 0 star rating if I could but people need to at least know that if they are going to this location, expect attitude and expect them to mess up your order by not giving you items or giving you the completely wring item and when you ask them to fix it, they give you attitude and try telling you that what you ordered is what they gave you so that they do not have to fix their mess ups. Popeye's do better, hire qualified people that have a sense of pride for the work that they do and probably pay them appropriately.

Terrible customer service but their food is good hands down! They always miss multiple food orders, I always make sure to check before I leave. They are often times out of condiments and don't really care if you don't have them. Management is a joke! 🤣

Ok so we went to popeye's just to try the new chicken sandwich. let me start with the food: I ordered the regular and he ordered the spicy. The sandwich was just how it appeared on all the advertising! Bun was buttery, the mayo was just the right amount. The pickles were thick and crunchy. The chicken was A...MAZ...ING!!! Juicy....fresh...and hot! Now for the service: there was wait (but if you've been to popeye's during any kind of special, you know that is expected). The young lady who took our order was not very friendly. She seemed like she was very frustrated and kept trying to rush our order. When we made it to the window, we noticed they appeared to be short handed, so we let the frustration slide. We had to pull up because we ordered two apple pies and they had to be cooked. Seven minute wait? No problem. We ordered at 2:37. At 2:57 we were still waiting (we lost track of time because we were in the car watching YouTube and enjoying time with no kids, lol). I go inside and remind the young lady we were still outside. She apologized and gathered out order together. They gave us two free pies for waiting. All in all, my hubby said he would go back. Which he did the next day and had an amazing experience. Same great sandwich...in and out!
