The coffee here is full of flavor, not water down like other Dunkin donuts I've been to. One complaint I do have about all Dunkin' donuts is could you please stir your coffee when you have liquid cane sugar. I took one and all the sugar goes in my mouth and the rest of the coffee is unsweetened. Still I give this particular Dunkin donuts four stars because the coffee is not watered down

I go to this locations several times a week and its always the same friendly staff and my order is always correct

They messed up my coffee order I asked for latte and they gave me regular coffee. Didn’t have time for them to fix it.☹️☹️

I ordered through the all for faster pickup, when I go there was told they don’t have the drink I ordered. I don’t drink anything else so I asked for a refund, they told me they don’t do that. I ask not even a gift card, no we can’t give refunds. I asked to speak to the manager they told me she wasn’t working and that I would have to come back the next day at 6am if I wanted to speak with her. I asked to leave a note for her because I work and won’t be able to show up that early, they said then there’s nothing we can do.

Every time I order from this dunkin', through doordash, I don't get a straw for my coffee. It's getting very frustrating. I know that it is not the doordash drivers because my bag is always sealed this morning there was an earwig in my hash browns so if you're ordering through doordash make sure it's not the Ludlow location in Worcester

Slow service.
This is the worst Dunkin’ in the area. The service is really really slow and products are always unavailable. Also, it’s really difficult to get a refund because the manager is never there. I don’t know why the manager runs this place if they don’t care about at all. Never coming back.
