Half empty and burnt for the third time.
This is the third time now I’ve been served by the same member of staff who …
Would give zero stars if possible.
Visited at just after 5pm on Friday, wet floor signs blocking entrance and one girl cleaning the machine with her back to anyone, another lad sweeping the floor …
Spoken with James the area manager about a product at christmas I used to love. Apparently not coming in again this year. White Chocolate millionaire.
Great service and professional.
Thank you James
Very friendly staff, always helpful and smiling even when busy. My regular coffee shop and always have a lovely drink!
I must have come on a bad day. Everybody should have trainee on their backs. Only two people in front and it took 20 minutes to get a drink. Hardly any food out, things being dropped... It was like a circus. And I really don't get how people say it's lovely. It's in the middle of a Tesco's!
Fantastic staff, so friendly and courteous. Always helpful even when the queue out the door.
