Great food with great company. The food was cooked from fresh and 2as authentic. The owner Yasser accommodated our group of 15. The food is Halal and the decor and ambience was very nice. Would defo recommend booking in advance if going with a big party. The food was a hit with my group. Would defo go there again if in the area. By the way the lamb Burna...try if you fancy very hot curries

Very impressed with this little gem in a place where I wouldn't expect to find such authentic Pakistani/Indian cuisine that certainly is as good as (if not better) than the famous curry houses of Manchester. Thank you for such a wonderful meal and excellent service, will come back next time when we return to the Lakes!

I regularly eat out at lots of top restaurants and like to think I know good food when I see it......I have to say this place is definitely up there with the best. Classy and friendly atmosphere. Quick service even though it was really busy. We Tried the chicken and lamb curry's with garlic naan. Absolutely spot on. Will be going back next time I'm in workington.

I visited Masala Corner for the first time at around an hour before closing on a Saturday night. As soon as I walked in I was given a very warm welcome & felt instantly relaxed. The staff are very attentive, genuinely friendly & clearly enjoy working here. The decor & ambience is attractive & relaxing. I had a mixed vegetable starter followed by a lamb madras with coconut rice & garlic nan. To sum it up in a few words, absolutely delicious, full of clever flavour, tasting as good as it looked. This has to be one of the best indian dishes that I have experienced. I had a brief chat with the chef who is clearly proud and passionate about what he does. I really enjoyed my time here and now that I am local, I will be a regular here. Thank you for a great night.

This was not our first visit. It's so good we go back whenever we get the chance. My son took his dad there as his late Fathers Day present and was full of praise when he got back. The food is brilliant and reasonably priced. Large portions too, so don't fool your self into ordering too much, though if you do, they will happily box it to go. The service is quick. Staff friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help you have an enjoyable experience. Decor unique. Location great with a nearby car park. Situated just off the town centre. What more could we ask for!
