Despite reviews saying there are always very long wait times, I am a regular and I can count on one hand the times I've had to wait a long time (rare). Most of the time it's quick, I've never once had a wrong order, and staff are good. Only 4 stars as I have had a few times of around a 15-20 minute or so wait which isn't good for a fast food place, but these have been exceptions, most of the time it's just the normal time for a fast food drive through KFC. Don't expect it to be McDonald's fast, this is chicken being cooked after all not burgers made of god knows what, but should be up to 5 mins from order to food on a normal day, and quality is good.

If u wanted fast food, you’d be quicker flying to America and eating there. Waited over an hour for my food, then when it came, because food was made separately, everything except the gravy was stone cold.

Slowest KFC in the UK, need more staff or better equipment. Don’t be surprised if you’re waiting for more than an hour. Also be warned if you go into the drive-thru there is no escape until you reach the end.

Fast food?? I'm sure my beard has grown and gone grey in the time I've sat in the drive through - and I'm only half way round - if you have any other plans for the day you want to visit KFC Workington give it a miss.

Ordered a 4 piece Colonels meal
Given 3 small drumsticks and a bigger piece.

Went KFC with my friend, cashier got order wrong and got charged £14 out his paycheck, then proceeded not to put our order on system (wasnt our fault, he misheard) but made us pay. Went to cashier half an hour later, lies saying it had only been 12 minutes went back an hour and a half then give refund and got food thanks to manager. Bad experience
